The San Diego-based home improvement company has appointed Halley Rojas as its field project manager for kitchen and bathroom renovations. Halley is now responsible for planning, quality control, resolving any issues that arise during construction, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Before venturing into the field among installers, suppliers and contractors, she spent the next few years learning purchasing, planning and general operations.

Under the direction of owner and licensed general contractor Jack Crocker, Halley spends his days scheduling field technicians, verifying material deliveries, tracking subcontractors, monitoring know-how and communicating with contractors. clients.
