Lead the design and delivery of projects, including directing junior staff. The qualified candidate will amplify the Principal’s design vision; possess a zeal and a keen sense of the language of high-end architecture; communicate with customers with brio and confidence; delegate and instruct in a succinct and positive manner; and have a strong work ethic based on commitment, organization, clear communication and great attention to detail. The ideal candidate will demonstrate that they can produce consistent, high quality work.


• More than 10 years of experience in architecture (license an asset, not required)
• Complete command of the language and execution of high-end residential architecture
• Demonstrated success in managing and prioritizing large, multi-faceted projects
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and graphic
• Mastery of 2D architecture software and commonly used office programs
• Bachelor of Architecture
• Based in the United States (only)


• Navigates with dexterity between “granular” and “big picture”, the change of scale required for design refinement and effective project management
• Has experience in managing teams, including delegation, instruction and positive motivation
• Has a proactive and shared approach to the representation and development of the company
• Presents and communicates with confidence and politeness, both inside and outside the company
• Takes and gives directions elegantly, with an emphasis on needs and interests
• Knows 3D modeling
• Has worked in the San Francisco Bay Area (or another metropolitan area in the United States that characterizes our work)
• Has a healthy sense of humor and a variety of interests to add to our friendly and vibrant atmosphere

SCHEDULE: Full time
REMUNERATION: competitive salary, commensurate with experience
