Qualified candidates must have:
- A professional degree in architecture and have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in architecture.
- Demonstrate a portfolio that has strong design aptitude.
- Work with design leads and project teams through all phases of project delivery.
- The ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Mastery of Revit and SketchUp desired.
- Experience in K12 and / or in the hotel industry is a plus.
- Understanding of other modeling and rendering software such as Grasshopper, Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is a plus.
