The Promotions and Product Manager is responsible for the growth of the retail stores.

The candidate should be fluent in English but also have a working knowledge of Zulu, Pedi and Sotho.

The work will involve travel out of town for one week per month using company transportation.

We are a sports and digital betting brand with 32 stores in Gauteng, Limpopo, Free State and Mpumalanga.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail marketing and promotion activities
• Manage a team of store based Retail Marketing Specialists including appointing, training and coaching.
• Head office marketing assistant and ad hoc staff for Retail activations.
• Perform a SWOT analysis by store to determine the turnaround strategy.
• Management of different promotions / activations (according to a complete calendar plan) for the stores according to the SWOT analysis.
• Activations may require the contestant to be involved on stage or in mixing things up
• Coordinate national promotions in accordance with the strategy.
• Work closely with the back office and focus on product strategy.
• Customize offers for Numbers, BetGames, Soccer, Horses customers per store and constantly review the market and our product offering.
• Perform constant competitor analysis for retail.
