We are looking for a qualified Account Manager to help us sell the services that our customers increasingly rely on. As an Account Manager, you will have a solid understanding of the sales process, excel in lead generation, relationship building and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and the ability to present our offers convincingly.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in recruitment, sales, customer service or business development, an understanding of digital marketing and a keen interest in entrepreneurship. You are someone who thrives on virtual engagement with a wide range of business owners. You enjoy signing up clients and then handing them over to our expert operations team to deliver their digital marketing services.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable in the digital space, able to discuss digital marketing roles and activities very comfortably with clients.
  • Focused on objectives and KPIs.
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to prioritize and work quickly.
  • Excited and comfortable with remote recruiting.
  • Acute sense of urgency, discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent attention to detail and very organized.
  • Team player with a strong desire to help people and a positive, friendly attitude.
  • You must be extremely autonomous and able to make decisions on your own.
  • You must be comfortable with technology and willing and able to learn new applications and software quickly.
  • Cultural champion.

What you will do:

  • This is a customer-facing role, and you’ll spend all of your time talking to potential customers to understand their needs, and then pitching them the right candidates.
  • Management of the pipeline of potential customers


  • South African citizenship or permanent residency essential.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Two years + prior sales experience.
  • An excellent knowledge of the digital marketing field is an advantage.
  • Relevant degree/diploma beneficial.
  • Working PC/laptop.
  • Secure and reliable internet connection.
